What Is The Process To List My Property
When you list your property and go live the auction timer begins, this can be set from anything between 3 days and 6 months. You can state a reserve price (not seen on your listing)
Add your photos, description and any other relevant information, the system will guide you. See our tips on how to write a good property description here.
Prospective buyers can then ask you questions via the members area and place bids, if any bid is below your reserve price it will not register, however they can also make an offer for your consideration. You have direct contact with the buyer.
Is it Safe to Auction My Property?
Yes, absolutely. AIS is simply a platform from which to advertise your property but in a different and unique way. All financial transactions are performed independently outside the platform between the buyers, sellers and their respective lawyers. Just as you would with a normal house sale.
What Payment Options Do You Accept?
At present you can pay by credit card or by PayPal. Other options will be available in the future.
What Happens If My Property Does Not Sell?
Dont worry, you can relist your property for as long as it takes at NO extra charge.
Is My Credit Card Information Secure
Yes, we do NOT have access to your credit card details, all information is held by the card processors.
Can I Stop The Auction If My Property Sells Elsewhere?
Yes, you can stop the auction at ant time.
Can I Revise or Alter My Listing?
Yes of course. You can revise or edit your listing at anytime.
How Can I manage My Account
