This is a spacious town house with a terrace and a garden two minutes walk from the charming town centre of Pinoso, and only a hundred metres from the nearest supermarket. The house has been cleared, has mains water and electricity, and inlcudes an outside utility room with a boiler. The airport town of Alicante is an hour’s drive and roughly due east is the popular beach resort of Guadamar Del Segura.
Pinoso is extremely well-served with a large variety of supermarkets shops and bars catering for most tastes with many excellent restaurants and cafes. This area is also popular with ex -pat Europeans which gives the town a friendly balance, and there is a vibrant outdoor stall market on Saturday as well as an indoor food and produce market which compliment each other well.
Pinoso is in the wider borough of Monovar which has many vineyards upon which the prosperity of the area was built. The town has excellent schools and colleges and there are lots of play areas for children.
The town is traditionally Spanish and entertains a variety of fairs fiestas music dance and festivals.
